Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at Graphic Textile Supply GTS Inc. If you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a straightforward refund and return process.

1. Return Policy

You may return products within 30 days from the date of purchase. The following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

• Custom-made products

• Opened or used chemicals and inks

• Sale or discounted items

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. The refund process may take up to 10 business days.

4. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item, you can return the product within 30 days and purchase a replacement. Please ensure the item meets the return conditions stated above.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
